Ein Highlight zum 50. Bergrennen: Titus pilotiert einen Ford GT 40
Nachdem Titus Dittmann in der Vergangenheit dabei mit der Dodge Viper und dem historischen Ford Mustang bereits sehr interessante Fahrzeuge einsetzte, hat er für das 50. Int. Osnabrücker Bergrennen vom 4. -6. August 2017 ein ganz besonderes Exemplar aus seiner Fahrzeugsammlung am Start. Sein originaler Ford GT 40 gehört zu den ganz seltenen Fahrzeugen dieser Art und gilt als erfolgreichstes Fahrzeug im Motorsport der 60er Jahre. Als größter Erfolg gilt der Sieg der 24 Stunden von Le Mans in den Jahren von 1966 bis 1969.
Insgesamt wurden lediglich 124 Fahrzeuge des GT 40 zwischen 1964 und 1968 gebaut. Einer davon ist am ersten Augustwochenende dabei!
Another anniversary highlight: Titus Dittmann at the steering wheel of a Ford GT 40
Titus Dittmann, skateboarding pioneer from Münster near Osnabrück and figurehead of his very own "skate-aid" foundation, will be bringing a very special collectors' item to the Osnabrück hill climb race this year: an original Ford GT 40, one of only 124 specimens of this model, which was built between 1964 and 1968. The GT 40 is considered the most successful vehicle in motorsports of the 1960s, winning among others the 24 hours of Le Mans from 1966 to 1969.
In previous years, Titus Dittmann participated in the Osnabrück race with other exciting cars such as a Dodge Viper and the historic Ford Mustang, even then always using the opportunity to raise funds for his foundation, which supports children and youth projects in crisis regions

La GT 40 est considéré comme le véhicule le plus performant du sport automobile des années 1960, remportant entre autres les 24 heures du Mans de 1966 à 1969.
Titus Dittmann a déjà participé à la course d'Osnabrück avec d'autres voitures fantastiques telles que la Dodge Viper et la Ford Mustang historique, en profitant chaque fois pour recueillir des fonds pour sa fondation, qui soutient des projets pour les enfants et les jeunes dans des régions en crise.
